FAQs
Answers for All Your Inquiries
To make your new pool build as stress-free as possible, we put together an extensive list of questions and answers to lay out the information you must know before we start working together. If you still have questions, contact us for more info.

What experience do you have?
Between Brian Trochenski and Joe Ruffo they have a combined 40+ years experience in the pool industry.

What guarantees can you offer that the job will be finished on time and on budget?
After our initial meeting to go over your ideas of what you want in a pool we will draw your design in a 3D CAD program and present to you your idea so you can visualize your backyard and we will give you a quote on this. If no revisions are made throughout your pool build then this is what you will pay. If you decide to change anything along the way we will communicate if there will be any addition fees and present to you a change work order for you to approve.

We pride ourselves with completing jobs in a timely manner. Once your pool is on the schedule to be dug then your pool will be a top priority to us. As long as no outside issues like Permitting or HOA approvals happen then we pride ourselves with having your pool done within a timely manner of breaking ground depending on the scale of the job.

How does payment work?
After you approve the design of the pool. We will go over our contract and have you sign. After signing the contract there will be a $1,000 down payment before we start digging. We break down the cost of the pool in 25% intervals upon completion of different steps of your build. After the pool is dug and the plumbing is complete we will request the 1st progress payment. After the rebar is in and the shotcrete is poured we will request the 2nd payment. Once the deck is formed and poured then the 3rd progress payment will be requested. After everything is fully complete we will present to you a start up package of chemicals and pool essentials and request for the final balance of the pool be paid. Congrats on your new pool!!!
